Send from your own email domain 🎉

If you have your own custom domain, you can now use it to send emails through Clearstream. Here's how to set it up!

Import improvements

When importing contacts as a CSV, we'll now recognize "SMS Subscription Status" and "Subscription Status" as column headers.

Automatically opt out email addresses with an invalid format

If a contact's email address is formatted incorrectly, they'll automatically be unsubscribed and marked as undeliverable. Once you correct their email address, they'll be automatically opted back in.

Schedule recurring emails 🎉

You can now send emails on a recurring schedule. Perfect for sending volunteer service reminders every Saturday, monthly worship night invites, and more.

New subscriber filter options

You can now filter subscribers by the date they were created. And, easily search subscriber filters by name.

New workflow branching options

Branch a workflow based on when a subscriber last texted and the date they were created.

See who made a purchase

When viewing your invoices, you can now see which user made a purchase.

See why an email bounced

When an email can't be delivered, you'll now see a reason why. This can happen if the recipient's inbox is full, their email address doesn't exist, their server blocked your email, etc.

Opt email subscribers back in

If you unsubscribed a contact or they unsubscribed from your emails, you can now opt them back in if they've requested it. Note: You can't opt in subscribers who unsubscribed via bounces or spam complaints.

See email metrics at a glance

Now, when you're on the Messages page, you can easily see outgoing emails alongside incoming and outgoing texts on the Message Volume chart.
