Typing indicator

When another user is typing in the inbox, an indicator will now appear in the thread. This change only applies to the new inbox. 👀

Round email buttons

You can now adjust the roundness of buttons within your emails.

Rounded images in email

You can now round the corners of images inside your emails.

Audio player in Inbox

When someone sends an audio attachment to your number, you can now play the attachment directly within your inbox.

Sync Rock Data Views

In addition to Rock Groups and Communication Lists, you can now sync Rock Data Views into Clearstream as lists. Within your integration settings, click Change, select the Data Views you want to sync, then Update.

Planning Center Add-On Update

• With the Planning Center add-on, you can now send texts to a single person or subset of people rather than an entire Planning Center list.

Multiple poll votes

You can now let subscribers submit multiple votes in polls. When using this option, you also can limit the number of votes someone can submit.

SMS two-factor authentication

If there's a two-factor authentication code required when signing in, you can now receive that code as a text, rather than an email. To update your preference, log in to your account > click the profile icon in the upper right corner > choose profile > security.

Require email for signup forms

The email field on signup forms used to always be optional. You can now make the email field required.

Exclude children in Rock RMS

You can exclude children profiles when syncing from Rock.

Blocked numbers

Block phone numbers from sending texts to your Clearstream account. This is helpful if you're getting spam texts. Go to Settings > SMS > Scroll to the bottom of the page.

New actions for Poll respondents.

Easily send a message to people who responded to your poll, add them to a list, or export them.

Remove a tag step

We've added a new "Remove a tag" step for workflows. This is helpful if you want to untag people who take specific actions or use specific keywords.

Opt-in with polls

When using polls, you now have the option to automatically opt in anyone who participates in the poll.

Loose matching for Send Menus

We'll now accept send menu responses that include additional labels and special characters around the number. We'll also accept the title of the response. For example: 1, #1, 1), and 1 - Small Groups, and Small Groups will now be accepted.
