New actions for Poll respondents.

Easily send a message to people who responded to your poll, add them to a list, or export them.

Remove a tag step

We've added a new "Remove a tag" step for workflows. This is helpful if you want to untag people who take specific actions or use specific keywords.

Opt-in with polls

When using polls, you now have the option to automatically opt in anyone who participates in the poll.

Loose matching for Send Menus

We'll now accept send menu responses that include additional labels and special characters around the number. We'll also accept the title of the response. For example: 1, #1, 1), and 1 - Small Groups, and Small Groups will now be accepted.

New 'Remove from List' step

In workflows you can now add a step that removes subscribers from a list.

Poll table filter

When viewing poll results, you can now filter to see results by each response.

Activity table actions

We've added 'Send message' and 'Add to list' actions to activity tables. This is helpful for easily resending a message to subscribers that failed to receive a text, or adding people to a list who used a specific keyword or menu option.

You can now filter the keyword activity table to show keyword and send menu responses.

New inbox 🎉

Today we soft-launched our new inbox! See the complete message history for each conversation, automated workflow context, and a lot more. In the inbox, you'll see a button in the top corner to switch to the new inbox. You can also switch back to the classic inbox if preferred.

Custom short links

Choose what characters or word to use, rather than random letters and numbers. You can create and manage all shortened links in the new short links table. Just go to Settings > Short Links.

Improved Facebook integration

You can now integrate business Facebook pages with your Clearstream account.
