Personalize messages in the Planning Center Add On

Within the Planning Center add-on, you can now insert subscriber data like in your messages.

Change thumbnails for videos

When sending a video, you can now change the video thumbnail. Take a new thumbnail picture in Clearstream, or upload one from your computer.

New list filters

You can now filter lists to see people who joined at a specific time or time range: Joined on, before, after, or between.

Faster syncing with Planning Center

When syncing with Planning Center, your People lists will be updated significantly faster. Around 2.5x faster. 👌

Improved subscriber imports

Updated design to improve user experience. You can now see a preview showing how each column will be matched in Clearstream. Excel files (.xlsx) are now an accepted format for imports.

Display MMS in Slack

If you use our Slack integration to manage your Clearstream inboxes, you can now see incoming MMS attachments within your Slack channel(s).

'Select all' option for reports

Now when generating a report, select the 'All' checkbox to include data from all subaccounts.

New light/dark mode selector

The light/dark mode selector has been moved from the left navigation menu to the user dropdown in the top right.

Display required credits for all scheduled messages

• From the messages page, you can now see how many credits are required for all of your scheduled texts.
