If you ordered our standard tags, we'll get them packed and in the mail in 3-5 business days. If you ordered our custom tags, expect 5-7 weeks before they'll get to you. We want to make sure everything looks just right!

Yes, in almost all cases! Just about all modern phones are NFC-enabled, including Android and iOS smartphones. There may be some older or cheaper models that don't support NFC, or have it disabled by default. More on how to fix that here!
