Add tags when importing contacts
When importing a CSV of contacts, you can now easily add a tag. Perfect for tagging people as first-time guests, volunteers, or members of your downtown campus.
Include sms links in emails
When using custom HTML in an email, you can now include sms links. This is helpful for letting people quickly message your pastor or team.
Include mailto, tel, and sms links in microsite options
You can now add mailto, tel, and sms links to your microsite menu options. This is helpful for letting people quickly email your team, call your pastor, or text your prayer team.
Search email content in Sent Messages
When searching your sent messages, you can now search by email content. Perfect for finding a newsletter, message from the pastor, or weather update.
New option to disable tracking for emails
You can now manually disable click and open tracking for emails, which can help improve email deliverability. Just go to Settings > Email > Tracking Settings.
Send notes in the Planning Center Add-On
When sending messages using the Planning Center Add-On, you can now attach notes from your Note Library or create a new one.
Improved design for adding an image in the Planning Center Add-On
Now you can easily add an image in the Planning Center Add-On without opening a new tab.
Schedule messages from the inbox
When viewing a conversation in the inbox, you can now easily schedule a message to send later. Perfect for if you're working early in the morning or late at night and don't want to reply right away.
Decreased prices for Australian churches 🎉
Australia texting plans now include substantially more texting credits at no extra cost (about 130% more on average!). Recently, we negotiated better rates in Australia, and we're passing those savings on to you!

If your church is in Australia and already uses Clearstream, there's nothing you need to do. This change is already live in your account. At your next billing cycle, you'll receive the increased number of credits for your plan automatically.
New feature: QR codes 🎊
You can now generate unlimited QR codes for your flyers, slides, or signage that open any link you want — included free with any Clearstream plan! Just go to Settings, then click QR Codes.
Microsite analytics 🎉
When viewing your microsite, you can now track views and clicks for your menu items. See all-time engagement, track interactions over time, or monitor engagement for a specific menu item.
Reorder poll options
When creating a poll, you can now easily reorder your options by clicking and dragging them.
Opt in inactive subscribers
Now, you can manually opt in inactive contacts. Just select the inactive subscribers you want to opt in, click Actions (or the ⋮ icon), then Opt in to SMS.
Schedule tap tag actions 🎉
You can now schedule your tap tag's action to update automatically. Choose the date and time you want your action to change, choose if you want it to repeat each week, and select your desired action. That's it!
Branded domains
Create a custom-branded domain to use for your shortened links. This feature is a $10/month add-on.
Duplicate a note
When viewing your Note Library, you can now easily duplicate a note.
