See email metrics at a glance

Now, when you're on the Messages page, you can easily see outgoing emails alongside incoming and outgoing texts on the Message Volume chart.

Auto-detect typos in email addresses

If you're adding an email address and accidentally enter a typo, you'll now see a suggestion to automatically correct it.

Improved UI for adding subscribers

If you try to add a subscriber with the same phone number as a current subscriber, we'll automatically show you the existing contact so you can easily navigate to it.

When you're creating a message, you can type ":" to open the emoji selector. And now, we'll suggest the emojis that you most commonly use.

See email opt-out information

When viewing or editing a subscriber, you can now see how and when they opted out of your email. Just hover over the email opt-out icon to see more information.

Get notified when there's a new voicemail 🎊

If you're using our Voice Add-On, you can now get an email notification when someone leaves a voicemail. To enable it, just go to Settings > Notifications > Voicemail.

Automatically create a Planning Center task when subscribers text your keyword

Now, you can automatically create a new task when somebody texts your keyword, fills out your connect card, requests prayer, and more. Just enable the integration, then add the Create Planning Center Task step to your workflow!

Notify your team when subscribers reach a specific step in your workflow

You can now send an email notification to users as part of a workflow — just add the Send Email Notification step! Perfect for notifying your team when a visitor fills out your digital connect card, signs up for baptism, or joins the volunteer team 🙌
