To kick the year off we've created a custom link shortener, added new options for using Subscriber Data, and also made some big updates to our integration with Rock RMS!

Along with polls, you can now use subscriber data in your workflow texts ("Hi First Name"), customize the instructions when sending a menu in a keyword workflow, and if you use our CCB integration, you can now automatically add subscribers to a CCB group.

A2P 10DLC Update

A2P 10DLC (application-to-person 10-digit-long-code) registration is mandatory if you use 10-digit local numbers for mass texting. You can use your same local number in your Clearstream account. You don't have to create a new number.

Update on Shared Short Codes

There have been major changes to the messaging ecosystem this year - most notably, the introduction of A2P. A2P 10DLC is a registration process required by wireless carriers when using 10-digit local numbers for mass texting.
