Welcome to the middle of July! Not sure how the weather is where you’re at, but it’s hotter than fireworks here. We’ve made some small, but highly-requested updates that we’re excited to share—subscriber reports, improvements to the Subscribers page, export options for polls, additional workflow functionality, and some UI redesign. Here are a few helpful updates we've recently pushed - You can now create Keyword aliases when using a dedicated number, view context within Slack to see what message an incoming text is replying to, and your account switcher got a small make-over. Check out all the details below!
Happy New Year and welcome to the first product update of the 2022! There was a lot worth celebrating in 2021 and we're excited for what this new year will bring! To kick the year off we've created a custom link shortener, added new options for using Subscriber Data, and also made some big updates to our integration with Rock RMS!
Along with polls, you can now use subscriber data in your workflow texts ("Hi First Name"), customize the instructions when sending a menu in a keyword workflow, and if you use our CCB integration, you can now automatically add subscribers to a CCB group.
Have you ever wanted an easy way to gather feedback from your church? Polls just might be the answer! Now you can easily survey your members, let people submit a response, or share their feedback using Polls.
