In this season, we're all reflecting a little more on what we're thankful for. At Clearstream, our gratitude is centered around the gift of working with life-changing churches like your's each day. Although we're celebrating Thanksgiving this month, we feel a bit like elves getting ready for Christmas, as we're preparing to release a string of new features beginning in just a few weeks. Something about autumn brings a refreshing draw back to the basics. One of our core values at Clearstream is to be precise in all we do. This precision looks like fixing bugs and pushing updates to keep our platform as reliable as possible. Precision also includes ensuring clarity in our communication so that Clearstream is easy and simple to use. While working on larger updates to come, we're always assessing the lesser-noticed fixes and changes to be made, like the workflows, webhooks, notifications, and integrations noted below.

Starting this month, we'll be writing monthly updates. Why? Because we release new features and make small improvements to Clearstream every week, but have been admittedly terrible at communicating lately. 😬 This year we’ve been consumed with launching the new version of Clearstream (a nearly two-year undertaking), as well as helping our customers navigate their church communication through COVID-19. That dust has settled some, so it’s a good time to put some things in order. Things like, hmmm, I dunno, better customer communication.

Analytics are a vital piece of any software, which is why we provide important metrics throughout the Clearstream platform. And now, you can get weekly reports of your account performance automatically emailed to you and your team! Weekly Reports give you a quick summary of your account's performance over the past week, as well as a comparison to the week before.

New Feature: Slack Integration

Slack is one of the most popular web apps for team communication. Here at Clearstream our team uses and relies on Slack every day.
