Reports allow you to generate CSV files that include overview metrics for keywords, messages, credit usage, and account info. You can customize your reports by choosing a specific date range. Generate Weekly Reports, Keyword Activity, Texts Sent, and Subscriber Texts.

Weekly Reports via Email

Weekly Reports show everything that happened in your Clearstream account over the past week. Your weekly report is emailed Monday mornings at 9am, or can be generated on demand.

Keyword Activity Report

Keyword Activity Reports show the number of times a keyword is used, how many texts were sent from its workflow, and how many credits were used.

Texts Sent Report

A Texts Sent Report shows the number of texts an account has sent and received, and how many credits were used.

Subscriber Texts Report

A Subscriber Texts Report shows the date and time of every incoming and outgoing text for a specific person. This includes workflow texts, inbox messages, replies, and texts within subaccounts.
