September Product Update
This month, we have a lot of exciting updates to share... 13 to be exact! And we have a sneak peek at a new product coming soon.
You can now create your own branded microsite, our iOS app got a huge overhaul, we've integrated Planning Center Forms, and we've made a lot of smaller improvements as well. Check out all the updates below.
Tap tags are coming!
If you haven't heard, we're releasing NFC tap tags in a couple of weeks. They'll work seamlessly with your existing Clearstream account and your new microsite. People can tap their phones to connect, donate, text your team, and more.
Tap tags will be free to manage with your Clearstream plan. And, you won't find more affordable NFC tags anywhere. No, really. We've looked!
New feature: Microsites
A couple weeks ago, we launched microsites. It's a branded, customizable landing page that includes your most important resources, all in one place.
To create yours, log in to your main account, go to your Settings, and click Microsite. Just upload your logo to our design wizard, and we'll instantly create beautiful options for you. 🪄
Updated iOS mobile app 📱
We've improved our iPhone app! Now, you can use our powerful inbox on the go and see helpful metrics at a glance from our new dashboard. Read more about the update here, and keep an eye out for more mobile app updates coming soon.
Planning Center forms integration
Our Planning Center integration has gotten even better. Now, when you're creating a new message or sending a reply from the inbox, you can quickly add one of your Planning Center forms. Pair your form with a keyword ("Text EVENTS to XXXXX") so people can easily sign up for an upcoming event or fill out a connect card.
View upcoming messages from the inbox
When you're viewing a conversation in the inbox, you can now see upcoming scheduled messages. This is helpful for making sure your replies don't feel out of place with an automated or scheduled message that's going out soon!

Easily sort your sent messages
If you've sent a lot of messages, it can be tough to quickly find one you're looking for. Now, you can easily filter your past messages by message type (email or SMS), number of recipients, credits used, who created the message, when it was sent, and more!
New alert for multiple scheduled messages
If you try to schedule a message on the same day a text is already scheduled, we'll let you know with an alert. This should help you avoid sending multiple messages with the same content, especially if you have several users managing your Clearstream account.
Add your email and address to your vCard
You can now add your email and physical address to your church's virtual contact card (vCard). We recommend texting your vCard to your church, so people can easily save your number to their contacts. This will also help you be considered a known sender in the new iOS update.

New email activity report
Now, you can generate a report for all outgoing emails sent to a specific subscriber. Just go to your Settings, click Reports, then select Email Activity Report.
A few more things…
When viewing your polls, you can now sort by the number of responses each poll has received.
When creating a Keyword Uses report, you can now easily select all keywords.
If your church uses CCB, you can instantly refresh CCB groups when using Add to Group in the Push to CCB step.
If your church uses Rock, you can now easily choose existing Workflow Attributes when launching a workflow with the Push to Rock RMS step.
