March Product Update

Happy first day of Spring! We have several product updates to share. Along with a brand new inbox, we have new email features, a new notification (yay, more notifications 🙌), an update to our Planning Center integration, and more.
New Inbox
The Inbox has been completely redesigned with much more functionality. You can see a complete history of texts, mark conversations as done, start new conversations, and so much more. We won't highlight everything here, but check out this post to see all that's new.

Inbox Drafts
After the Inbox was launched, we quickly pushed another update. If you're typing up a reply, and navigate away from the conversation, we'll now store your message draft automatically.

Video Thumbnails for Email
If you want to include a video link in your email, we'll auto-convert the URL to display the video thumbnail with a play button overlayed. Much prettier, more engaging, and super easy to do. 👌 This applies to YouTube links, Vimeo, and videos recorded in Clearstream.

Rounded Email Images
Stylize your email by rounding the corners of your images. After you upload your image just click on it to easily round the corners.

Rounded Buttons
You know what goes great with rounded images? Rounded buttons! You can change your default button style in your email settings.

Email Activity Table
We've added new actions to the email activity table. You can filter your email data by opened, clicked, failed, etc. And now you can export that data, add the filtered contacts to a list, or quickly send a new message.

Exclude inactive Planning Center profiles
If you're syncing Planning Center lists into Clearstream, you now can now exclude inactive profiles. This new setting is optional and can be enabled from your integration settings.

Sign Up Form Notifications
Sign Up Forms let people easily join your texting list from your website. We've added a new notification, so you can receive an email when someone fills it out.

A few other small updates
You can use HEIC images when sending a picture. HEIC is the default format for pictures taken on iPhones.
If your church uses Notes to send long-form content via text, you can now manage your Note Library in your Settings.
You can now include 'email' as a data attribute in your text.
If someone sends you an audio message, you can play it from your inbox.
Check out the changelog for a complete list of updates. If you have any questions or feedback, reach out. We'd love to hear from you! 👋
