May Product Update

How's that saying go? April showers bring a May product update? Yep, I think that's right... Anyway, we're excited to share a few updates with you! 

We built an integration with Simple Donation! This integration lets people donate by texting a dollar amount to your long code or dedicated short code. We also launched a referral program, added Process Queues to our CCB integration, and implemented two-factor authentication. 🙌

Simple Donation Integration

If your church uses Simple Donation, you can now use your long code or dedicated short code in Clearstream for text-to-give. This integration lets your church easily donate by texting in your keyword and simply responding with a dollar amount.

Referral Program

Many of you recommend Clearstream to other churches and we really feel the love! To thank you for your support, we've launched a referral program. For every church that signs up for a paid plan through your referral link, you get a $50 Amazon gift card. 🎉

CCB Process Queues

The push to CCB step now lets you add people to a CCB Process Queue. Picture this -- a new guest texts in to your keyword and fills out a connect card. Within seconds, they're automatically added to your Clearstream account, created as a new profile in CCB, added to a CCB Group, and CCB Process Queue. 🔥

Two-Factor Authentication

You may have already noticed this update, but we recently started requiring two-factor authentication when you log in from a new IP address. This adds an additional layer of protection, ensuring your account is as secure as possible.
