How do I create a tag?

There are a few ways to create a tag: On the Subscribers page, you'll find all tags created. You can create new ones here, too. Add a tag step to your workflow. Choose which tag you want added or optionally create a new one. From the inbox, you can click on a subscriber's profile, hit the ⋮ icon, and add a tag.

Tags help you organize contacts and note people who have taken specific actions. Once a tag is applied to a profile, you can segment subscribers by their shared tags. Tag visitors, people who request prayer, or people who finish a workflow.
