A few months ago we began offering a new way to add SMS message credits for Clearstream customers. We call it “Pay As You Go” and it is exactly like it sounds. "Pay As You Go" gives our customers the ability to purchase bundles of SMS message credits that rollover each month.
We always (like, always always) listen to our customers. In fact, our awesome listening skills and customer service (along with our seriously killer product) are what makes Clearstream so loved. When our customers suggest new features for our SMS marketing software or things that would make using Clearstream easier for them, we always take it into consideration, and usually implement it. Hence: the birth of "Pay As You Go" into the family of many other well-loved features.
A number of our customers had expressed interest in being able to purchase message credits in bundles. Previously, we had only offered our monthly plans that allowed for companies to purchase a set number of messages for every given month (25, 200, 1,000, 10,000, etc). These packages are very cost-effective but don’t work well for companies that might not know how many messages they will need or for seasonal businesses who might need more messages during a specific interval of time than during another.
We’ve had more than a few customers take advantage of Pay As You Go already even though we haven’t had the time to officially announce anything. Until now, that is.
Introducing Pay As You Go
So, here it is. (Cue the Lion King song “Circle of Life.”) Officially announcing.... "Pay As You Go" text credit bundles - a great new way to ensure you are getting the most out of your Clearstream account!
In addition to amazing pricing, the commitment here is low; If you don’t use all of your SMS credits this month, there is always the next month or the next month. That’s right, these message credits roll over every month. These bundles are perfect for companies that are just starting out with SMS marketing, seasonal businesses, or companies running live or one-time events.
Get More Credits Now
To sign up for Pay As You Go credits and get started now, login to your Clearstream account and click “Manage Account” in the upper right-hand corner. Once in your account, click “upgrade” which is in the box in the upper right corner called “Current Plan.” Scroll down to see the "Pay As You Go" plans under "Buy Credits" and select whichever bundle seems right for you. And, remember, that if you run out, you can simply come back and buy more. It’s that simple.
Right now, Pay As You Go credit bundles are only available to current Clearstream customers who are signed up for a minimum monthly package. But, we will be launching the ability to purchase Pay As You Go credits exclusively this summer (or sooner).
